“Realized after the technician left that the new door hardware that was installed was crooked on the door. Still not able to get it strait without undoing the screws. Frustrating as this is why I hired a professional to do this to ensure it was done correctly. Otherwise, technician was helpful and courteous.”

“They did get the safe open however it took a lot longer than anticipated so I was disappointed in the overall size of the bill. The guys were very nice and very professional I do wish they would’ve put something down on the floor to catch all of the metal shavings from when they had to drill the safe”

“The Tech "Don" get 5 stars. The office gets 3 stars. I called to have a key with Fob programed. Instead, the office scheduled just a key cut. Key with Control or Fob was requested. The manager stated I was being charged just for a Key. I enformed I requested new keywith Fob for a 2011 Expedition. The manager then tells me if I want the Key/fob it will cost $389.00. AUTO Nation Ford recommended A1. The manager told me the key itself was $209.00. I said what the is nuts if I ordered the part it would cost $60 plus tax., and thisis from Ford. I am going to talk with Auto Nation Ford about this matter.”

“I didn’t get an accurate estimate on arrival time. Waited an extra thirty minutes, which I wouldn’t have done if I would’ve gotten an honest time estimate up front. Probably just would’ve called someone else bc I didn’t have long to wait. The Technician however, was great when he got there and knocked $5 off for the wait.”

“Our service was fine and everything we asked was completed, however I was quoted a price over the phone and the total was double that when finished. I was not told until everything was done that there was an extra service charge for Sunday service. I feel like there were many chances where the person should have told me this information and just never did. Other places would have done this for less had I known. ”

“Was quoted an hour ETA but the locksmith showed up 2 hours after I called. A bit defensive on the phone as well when I was asking for an eta. Once he got there he got it open fairly quick. ”

“Your service tech was very nice and explained my simple problem which was fixed with a mere spray into the lock of the exterior door. However, my dissatisfaction is about the price I was charged which seems outrageous at $88.50 for such as quick and easy solution. I understand there is to be a service call charge, but the other $23.75 for my problem seems to me to be a big overcharge. Perhaps another locksmith would have charged a similar amount, or not, I don't know, but upon my next issue I will call upon another company. Thank you for the opportunity to let my feelings about this charge amount be passed along to your company.”

“The technician didn't show up at the scheduled time. That wasn't so bad but nobody called to tell me. I had to call to find out he was running late. The other thing that bothered me was paying $114 to fix equipment you installed a year ago. I'll probably shop around the next time I need a locksmith which is quite often with rental properties.”

“Technician was personable and capable. I will say, however, that I was told the cost would be $85 over the phone and it ended up being $131. So, that is the reason for the 3/5 stars. The work is great. I just expected a lower price. I would have purchased my own barrel lock if I'd known this one would be $40 as opposed to the $15-$20 I could have gotten it for.”
