“Purchased a Fatboy safe and made payment in full, I was contacted 8 days later in reference to delivery, I had a window of Friday morning or all Saturday if not busy for next 3 weeks, neither could be done even with three deliver teams so my money was refunded. I was not aware the safe business was so busy and delivered could take up to two weeks but could have understood if communication was better. In my book a 2600 sale is a large purchase and within my field there were people wanting to see the product after deliver for future purchases. Thank you for letting me share my experience with you.”
