“I was very impressed with the friendliness of your staff and the rapid response to our need for a lock change. The gentleman had to drill out the old lock to replace it. However, the new lock is loose and moves around in the hole when you lock or unlock the door. This does not seem right.??? Could someone come back to check it out?”

“The locksmith that performed the work was excellent. The quality of the work was excellent but more importantly his customer service went above and beyond my expectations to the point that I was planning to write a letter to the company to compliment his work. Since this survey with the accompanying comment section is available I will probably not write the complimentary letter because I think this online review should sufficient to let the company know about this outstanding this employee.”
