“The highest marks of performance that I can state. I am a pretty critical person, and when you are not in the best mood anyway because you lost your car keys..............but I can't find anyway to complain. 1) A friendly and helpful dispatcher when I called A-1. She discussed events with me and told me what was going to happen. She clearly stated to me what time a locksmith would arrive, how much the charge was and how he was going to contact me. 2) Locksmith arrived when they said he would, called me that he was there. 3) I did not catch his name but he was courteous, professional in his demeanor, went right to work, explained what he was doing, told me what the charges were and they were what the dispatcher had quoted me (no surprises). I was very satisfied and thank everyone involved. Paul Bras”
